The studio apartment was spacious and really well-equipped, which was super convenient. I loved the cozy fireplace—nice touch after a chilly day outside! The views from the balcony were stunning too! However, the bedding wasn’t the most comfortable, so I didn’t sleep as well as I’d hoped. Also, it was weird that the breakfast changed from a buffet to a menu with just a credit, since it created some confusion.

The location was fabulous, right by the gondola and ski lifts. The hot tub area was nice after a long day on the slopes, and the amenities like the fitness center were really handy.

But goodness, I felt like I was left to fend for myself without a map—just a bit more help would’ve been lovely! Honestly, I've had better service at my local café—the barista even offers complimentary smiles!

Austin, the front desk manager, went out of his way to ensure we were happy with our stay. His efforts to upgrade us to a great room made our experience much more enjoyable. The stunning mountain views from the common areas elevated our vacation experience.

Awesome place with fantastic amenities like free wi-fi, bowling, and a spa. The staff helped my elderly parents during my first stay, creating a nice experience. I recommend checking out their ski equipment hire. I'm coming back for a new year!
